Welcome to Rooted Pathways Behavioral Wellness.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned throughout my career, it’s that behavior always tells a story. Whether I’m working with a child, a teen, an adult, or a caregiver, I believe that every behavior is a form of communication — and every person deserves to be understood before they’re judged.

A career built across every stage of life

My path into behavioral wellness wasn’t built on education alone. Alongside earning my Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis, I’ve spent nearly a decade working with neurodivergent individuals and their families across a wide range of settings.

I’ve supported infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric adults — including individuals with complex behavioral, communication, and developmental needs. Throughout my career, I’ve created individualized behavior support plans, caregiver training programs, teaching strategies, and practical tools designed to help people build meaningful, lasting change.

A parent, too

Just as importantly, I’m also a parent. I understand that caring for someone with unique needs doesn’t end when a therapy session is over. It continues through bedtime routines, school meetings, doctor’s appointments, family gatherings, and the everyday moments that often feel overwhelming.

That perspective has shaped not only how I work, but why I do this work.

Why Rooted Pathways exists

I created Rooted Pathways Behavioral Wellness because I saw too many individuals and families searching for guidance while feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure where to turn. I wanted to create a place where people could receive practical, compassionate support without fear of judgment.

My goal isn’t to tell you how to live your life — it’s to work alongside you, helping you discover strategies that fit your unique strengths, values, and goals.

How I work

My coaching and teaching is rooted in evidence-informed practices, compassion, and respect for neurodiversity. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Every individual, every family, and every journey is different.

Together, we’ll focus on:

  • Building skills that translate into your real life
  • Increasing confidence in the situations that used to feel impossible
  • Reducing stress for both you and the people you care about
  • Creating sustainable routines that hold up in the real world — not just on a worksheet

Who this is for

Whether you’re a parent seeking guidance, a neurodivergent adult looking for practical support, an educator wanting better tools, a public service worker who wants to do right by the families you meet, or someone who simply wants a better understanding of behavior and relationships — I’m honored you’re here.

Thank you for visiting Rooted Pathways Behavioral Wellness. I would love the opportunity to learn more about your story and explore how we can work together to help you move forward with confidence.
