Sliding scale — 1:1 coaching
I keep a portion of my 1:1 coaching schedule open at reduced fees. The scale is self-attested — no documentation required. Pick the tier that’s honest for you.
- Standard: $150/hour. I can pay without strain.
- Tier 1 (10% off): A modest reduction helps.
- Tier 2 (25% off): A meaningful reduction is needed for me to participate.
- Tier 3 (40% off): Significant financial constraint.
- Access ($60 session floor): Severe financial constraint or systemic barriers.
Access spots are limited and open and close with the calendar. If you’d like one and don’t see it on the booking page, please message me.
Partner Care
Working with a BCBA or clinical provider? Ask them whether they have a Partner Care code to share with you. If they do, reach out through the free Connection Call and mention the code at the start. There is nothing extra you need to explain — just bring the code and we’ll take it from there.
How payment works
- 1:1 coaching sessions are paid in full at booking.
- The Rooted Pathways Academy membership is charged on the same calendar day each month.
- Teacher & Staff Development is paid by written agreement — deposit at scheduling, balance after the training.
- Coaching is not eligible for HSA, FSA, or insurance reimbursement. I do not issue superbills.
Cancellation & rescheduling
- Reschedule any 1:1 session at no cost with 24+ hours’ notice.
- No-shows and late cancellations forfeit the session fee. One good-faith waiver per client per year.
- The Academy membership can be canceled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid month.
- If I cancel a session, you choose: a no-cost reschedule or a full refund.
You’ll be asked to read and sign a coaching agreement. It explains the non-clinical scope of our work, confidentiality, and what coaching is and isn’t. Take your time with it — it is the most important document we share.
